Introduction to Issue 3

Ah.  Finally.
A few weeks pass and Issue number 3 is out.

I have decided that Issues will be published every 2-4 weeks. (I am sorry about
the weird time span between 2 to 4 weeks, but I can not be sure how an Issue
will be completed at the time.  It all depends on the writers.)


Issue 3 will probably be the better Issue of the first three.  This is because 
there are more articles as well as more variety in the articles.  Most of the
Issue is made up of articles written by visitors of black.box.sk.


Please remember that if you would like to write an article, please write
binaryzer0@box.sk with subject 'OPPORTUNITIES'.  I am looking for people
who can write about tips, tutorials documentation, opinions or just plain 
articles about:


Operating Systems
Programming (C, C++, Shell Programming, tcl/tk, perl, php3)
Humour (jokes, uplifting stories, Bill Gates mockery, et cetera)
Anything else (let me know)

There is something different with Issue 3 than in other issues.
Issue 3 is the first to experience the changes that are only beginning.

Beginning from Issue 3, all Issues will be more interactive.

I promised open source programs, and here they are.  In this Issue, I have
included a few Open Source Programs as well as other files.

One such program, gatescan (main.c), was coded by a friend of mine, Kable.
Gatescan is actually a WinGate program that will go great with an article
written for Issue 3, about WinGates.
