Subject: CopyPaths 1.5J

This is the Japanese version of the CopyPaths package.

CopyPaths is a lean, robust, and easy to use Contextual Menu Plugin with a single
focus: To copy full paths to files in many different formats. I originally wrote
CopyPaths because I couldn't find a small and simple utility to do what it does
easily. CopyPaths is just about as painless as it gets. I hope you like it!

I originally wrote CopyPaths because I couldn't find a small and
simple utility to do what it does easily. CopyPaths is just about as
painless as it gets. I hope you like it!

1. Copy full pathnames of one or more selected files to the clipboard.

2. CopyPaths will Automatically format those pathnames for instant
use in C Source files, Pascal files, MPW, or AppleScript, and More!

3. Default your own special format for paths in CopyPaths' own
resource fork with ResEdit!

From: "Sebastian Fritsch" <webmaster@immortalsoftware.de>
Subject: Easy Open 1.1

Easy Open is an elegant way to access your favourite applications from within the contextual menu of the finder. Imagine the following scenario : You just received an document from your friend or business partner via e - mail. Let's assume it's an Microsoft Word document. If you double click on it your Macintosh will start MS Office, but perhaps you're favourite business application is Apple Works. You would now drag & drop the document on Apple Works and it will open the document, but you'll always have to drag & drop the document on Apple Works if you want to open it again. Easy Open has got the solution for you. You simply control - click on the document and select "Set default application to - Apple Works". Now you can double click on the document and it will always open with Apple Works.
In order for this to work you have first to create a list of your favourite applications. You can do this either by control - clicking on an application and selecting "Add application to list" or you can use the comfortable "Easy Open settings" control panel. You cant sort the applications into different submenus, so that e.g. "Apple Works" is in the submenu "Business applications".

What's new in version 1.1:
- Fixed several bugs

System requirements:
Mac OS 8 or later, All Power Macintosh

Price :
Easy Open is shareware. A single user license costs US $ 7.

Subject: FileHierToClipCMPlugin 1.0 - CMM to obtain a file hierarchy

FileHierToClipCMPlugin is a Mac OS contextual menu plugin that can generate
a text representation of a file/folder hierarchy and place it on the
Clipboard.

Once installed, when a contextual menu is invoked (control-click)
FileHierToClipCMPlugin checks if the contextual menu was invoked on a file
or folder (or any other Finder item). If so, a "Copy File Hierarchy to
Clipboard" menu item is added to the contextual menu. Upon selecting this
menu item, if the clicked upon item is a file, the file's name is placed on
the Clipboard. If the clicked upon item is a folder (or a disk), a textual
representation of the hierarchy of files and folders within the clicked upon
folder is generated and placed on the Clipboard. Invisible items are
ignored. Once the text is on the Clipboard, you can then paste it wherever
text can be pasted.

For example, the output of the FileHierToClipCMPlugin distribution folder is
as follows (+'s signify folders, -'s signify files):

+ FileHierToClipCMPlugin
  - Email Hsoi
  - FileHierToClipCMPlugin
  - FileHierToClipCMPlugin ReadMe

By selecting a group of files or folders you can open them in the application of your choice. No more dragging and dropping across nested folders. And, unlike double clicking, you can open groups of files in the application you want, not the app that originally created them. Hippo works well with faceless drag and drop applications. Put "DropStuff" and "Stuffit Expander" onto Hippo's menu and instantly expand and compress any file anywhere. Hippo is a handy replacement for many other CMMs that duplicate the functionality of applications.

From: Tomasz Kukielka <tkukiel@mac.com>
Subject: Internet Location CM 1.3

"Internet Location CM" is a free Contextual Menu plug-in which helps
managing URLs.

It can perform two operations:
- creating a new Internet Location file with URL in clipboard,
- copying an URL from Internet Location file to clipboard.

Version 1.3 adds support for Info-Mac pseudo URLs like
"/info-mac/game/some-cool-game.hqx" which I always get in Info-Mac Digest.

If you are Info-Mac Digest junkie you may consider downloading Internet
Location CM 1.3 for automatic gluing of URL fragments:

</info-mac/game/some-cool-game.hqx> + <---URL ending fragment
<ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/mac/info-mac/> = <---your preferred mirror
<ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/mac/info-mac/game/some-cool-game.hqx>

Just copy your URL ending fragment to clipboard and control-click on desktop
to get the internet location file with full path!

Have you ever bothered to set up your preferred Info-Mac mirror in Internet
Config (or via "Internet" control panel in recent Mac OSes)? Now you have a
reason to do so.

Requirements:
A PowerMac with Mac OS which supports internet locations and contextual
menus plus Internet Config 2.0 or higher for the Info-Mac support.

This is the Japanese version of the NewCM package.

NewCM is a contextual menu plugin that makes it easy to make new documents
in a specific location. After configuring it by putting commonly used file
types in a "NewCM Items" folder, you can control-click in a Finder folder
window and select one of those types from a submenu. NewCM then creates the
file and opens it.

There is also a "NewCM Applications" folder, which you can use to specify
alternate applications for opening the new files. You can even use this
feature to run scripts!

Nifty changes in version 1.2.2
- NewCM no longer requires Mac OS Easy Open to run. If you have MOSEO turned
off, NewCM's menus will always display the file names instead of the types.

These are plug-ins for the MacOS 8 Contextual Menu Manager (PowerPC
only). When you control-click on items in the Finder, a contextual menu
appears, and these plug-ins add new commands to the menu that operate on
the files and folders you clicked.

Version 2.0 simplified the menu organization and added new plug-ins.
Version 2.0.1 fixes a recoverable hang that would occur under certain
conditions.

Here are the plug-ins in this version:

DOS, or Unix format.
- Cut / Copy / Paste File - Lets you treat files and folders as objects
that can be cut, copied, and pasted.
- Hide / Undo Hide / Show - Hides the selected files and folders. The
previous Hide can be undone. Also lets you show all hidden items in a
folder.
- Lift and Set File Info - Lets you set files' creators and/or types to
the those of other files.
- Lock / Unlock - Locks or unlocks the selected files. Depending on your
access privileges and particular file server capabilities, you can also
lock and unlock folders on a file server.
- Move / Copy / Alias - Lets you move or copy the selected files and
folders to the chosen destination folder or disk. Also lets you make an
alias of the selected items in the destination folder or disk.
- Open With - Lets you open the selected files with the chosen
application.
- Remove Custom Icon - Removes custom icons from the selected files and
folders.
- Set File Info - Sets the selected files' creator and/or type from a
list of choices that you configure by placing files and aliases in the
settings folders.
- Simple Strip HTML - Removes all HTML tags from the selected HTML text
files.
- Touch - Sets the selected files' and folders' modification date to

with a single focus: To help you easily change type and creator codes
of files with just one click.

I wrote TypePopper because I couldn't find a small and simple utility
to do what it does as easily. Let us know what you think!

1. Copy Type and Creator codes from one file and Paste them onto another.

2. Change types and creators of multiple files at once!

3. Modify and Add default menu items with ResEdit.

4. Modifications to TypePopper's resource fork take effect without a restart!

5. Copy a bunch of type and creator codes to the clipboard as text.
They're even tab delimited so you can paste them right into your
spreadsheet!

6. Special "Safety Menu" helps you avoid mistakes!

7. Change ReadMe files to read/write in one click, and back again in another!
